RETURNS:
All sales are final.
Every effort will be made to make sure you are happy with your artwork, but due to the nature of our business model we cannot offer returns or exchanges in general. You are always welcome to contact Janessa directly for special requests or other arrangements.

SHIPPING TIME:
Shipping times will vary depending on the details of your order, including the size of your artwork and the shipping address. Many Limited Editions will be made to order so it can take up to 2-6 weeks for fulfillment on these orders.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING:
All shipments will be fully insured in case of damage during shipping. Artwork will be repaired or replaced if possible as the first option to fulfill your order. If that is not possible for any reason Janessa will consider a return or exchange on a case by case basis.
IF A RETURN IS AUTHORIZED:
To return your product, you should mail your product with USPS tracking to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
